Escape. Retreat. Get away. Words that could reflect a sense of fear and desertion, also encompass important elements for us as Christian men and women living life on this planet. This is not our home. The clearer that fact is, the more important escape, retreat, and getting away to spend time with the Father is. Not out of fear mind you, but as our source of strength. ”Greater is He that is in you than he who is in the world” (1John 4:4).
